Back in Germany for the 10th event of the F1 2011 league, since few years now the German GP is changing his location switching between Hockenheim and Nuerburgring, the second one is the 2011 track.

The circuit is always generating fantastic races with a lot of overtakes, this will be the first race on main Olympic team I for our Flickspeed and Laurent Vaisman, congratulation guys, you deserved the promotion from team II.

Pole, pole, pole position! 3rd one in a row for Flickspeed, Valencia, Silverstone and now Nuerburgring, really hard to beat on single lap time, fantastic Flick, never stop pushing!
Unfortunately the rest of the team is a bit back behind, with Marius and Catalin 7th and 8th, Laurent 13th, Nemesis 15th and another 5 team members more far down on the grid.

The race is splitted on 2 heats, some of our drivers focused on race setup and strategies infact the race pace has increased a lot for some of us.
The win was got by BoyKa, a new guy from the brand new Ottoman racing team, our Flickspeed got a nice 2nd place at just 6 seconds from the winner, really hard and stressfull battle between these 2 drivers, they both pushed to their maximum limit for most of the race creating a gap of over 40 seconds from the third placed Ricardo… impressive speed, congratulations all!

Marius and Catalin managed to improve their qualify result arriving 4th and 5th, consistency and practice brings always the expected results, well done guys.

Special mention for the boss Inigo that won the heat 2 race even with some spins, another good race that will place him on the overall top 10.
Another very important new is that Danny3L got his first DNF of the season due to an accident with Schumikov, sad for him but this will reduce the gap from the rest of the pack on the drivers’ standing, let’s wait for the result to be final to make some calculation.

Well, Ottoman racing team is made of good drivers, they will steal points to all teams, Flick has not been far from getting pole and win but he has driven wonderfully, Marius and Catalin are always there on top places, Inigo is recovering the time lost at the beginning of the season and we are waiting Manos and Schumi_1st to be back on track… we can just be happy and faithfully for the second half of the season.
Let’s go to Hungary now where overtakes are very difficult and strategy will have a big role, see you all there!
